Every collection of mine is designed around the number of hours coverage you will need on your day. If you are unsure about the exact amount you will need for your day I am more than happy to help go over a rough timeline with you. I include an engagement session with all my collections because I believe they are an important part of your wedding photography journey.

Is there something missing from the collection you are looking at? No worries! You can customize any collection with add-ons to make it the perfect fit for your day.

All of my collections come with high-resolution, professionally edited images delivered to you in a private online gallery. Your gallery is your one place to do everything with your images. You can download high resolution files for printing or social ready images for sharing, you can order prints, you can create lists of your favourite photos. This is also where you will choose all the images you will want to have in your wedding album.

The process

Step 1

Tell me all about you, your fiance and the plans you have for your wedding day! If I still have your date available, we can set up a virtual chat. We will go over all the details, any questions you may have, work out a rough timeline for your day, and figure out which collections fits your day the best for a stress-free day!

Step 2

I send you a quote to confirm which collection you want to go with and my contract to review and sign. A 30% retainer is required to officially book your wedding date.

We start planning the best time and place for your engagement session. I am more than happy to suggest some locations if needed.

Step 3

You can check in anytime throughout your planning process. I am more than happy to help with anything you need.

My wedding day questionnaire is sent 3 weeks before your wedding. We meet for a final virtual chat about 2 weeks before the wedding to make sure we are both all good with the plan for the day.

Step 4

It's finally your wedding day! I am there to capture all the important moments of the day so that you can be present in them and actually enjoy your day!

You will receive roughly 100 sneak peeks within the week after your wedding day. The final gallery will be sent within 6-8 weeks

Your Engagement Session

Your engagement session is like practice for your wedding day. It allows you and your fiance to get comfortable with being in front of the camera and put an end to any awkwardness.

Can you imagine spending your entire wedding day thinking the photos are going to look awkward?

I want to make sure that doesn’t happen. That is why I include engagement sessions in all my collections and will always highly suggest doing one. Think of it as a mini date night (with a tag along of course). A couple hours where it’s all about the two of you. You get to slow down from the day to day, snuggle with each other, give lots of kisses, and just be together. It’s also an opportunity to get photos of the two of you in place or season that just wasn’t the right fit for your day (or with a fur-baby that can’t attend).

Small bonus: We get to know each other a little bit more. You get comfortable with the way I work and I get a better understanding of how you like to interact with each other.

So that on your wedding day you can be present and not be worried about your memories getting captured.

FAQs

Do we need a second photographer?

Second Photographers can be beneficial for specific wedding days. It allows you to get complete coverage of both sides getting ready and avoid extra travel time or having to get ready earlier, especially if the locations quite far apart. You can have someone getting images of cocktail hour if we are busy doing family & couples portraits. They are especially beneficial if you have a large guest count of 200+ people.

How many images are included?

You will receive a minimum of 500 images. Every wedding is different therefore the number of images that I deliver differs from wedding to wedding. I like to deliver quality over quantity so you aren't overwhelmed and can fully enjoy each photo.

FAQs

Will you hold our date for us?

I only book dates on a first-come first-serve basis and cannot hold any dates to be fair for everyone. I do put a 2-day soft hold on your date for you to review the contract and ask any questions.

What if I am unsure how many hours coverage I will need?

I always like to go through a very rough timeline with my couples so that they can get an idea of how many hours they will possibly need for their day. This of course is very rough and can change when more details are figured out later on. No need to worry though, you can add on more hours to your collection at any time.

FAQs

How do payments work?

A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking. A second payment of 30% is due halfway to your wedding date and the remaining 40% is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

How do you safeguard our photos?

All your images from the day are duplicated onto 2 separate memory cards during the day. Once I get home for the day the images are then uploaded onto my computer and copied onto 3 separate external hard drives. Data loss is very rare but having the images saved on multiple separate hard drives ensures that the memories from your day are safe.

FAQs

Will you travel to our wedding and do you charge extra?

I am more than happy to travel to be a part of your wedding day. For weddings that are outside of a 70 km radius from Woodstock, a travel fee will apply, and depending on the distance or time of year then over night accommodations may be necessary. We can chat this through in our virtual meeting or send me a message if you have any questions.

Can we add to our collections at any time?

You are more than welcome to add to your collection at any time prior to the wedding day or after the wedding day. Just reach out to me and let me know what you would like. You also have the option to buy prints and albums from your online gallery.

Wedding Albums

A wedding album makes for a beautiful way of viewing, sharing, and displaying your wedding images. They can also double as a gorgeous table book or shelf art. Parents albums also make a great gift or thank you to your parents for being there for the both of you.

All my albums are handmade Italian albums and can be completely customized.

I will always highly recommend printing your photos to my couples. No, you do not have to order prints through me. However, I do ensure the prints you are getting are high quality and that colours are correct.

But when it comes down to it, the most important thing is that you print your photos! Where does not matter
